Connections Plus Satellite has been great to deal with. When I started my position the previous manager Jim Henderson already had a working relationship with Mark Crancer, the owner of Connections Plus Satellite. Jim said, “Connections Plus Satellite is our Satellite Company for DISH Network and DIRECTV.”

Before this, we had so many problems with other companies and installers. We told them to do the job one way and it happened another. Mark with CPS does the installation the way we want. I have seen him with customers; he is great. Mark will take the extra time with the remote control and really explain the service to the customer.

The Wi-Ex antennae has really improved our digital reception. We live in a rural area about 2.5 miles from a town or towers. Now, our cell phones work well with virtually no dropped calls. My husband no longer has to step outside to use his cell phone. Our computer almost always gets 5 bars of reception and occasionally gets 6 bars! We are very glad we spent the money to improve our reception with Wi-Ex.

We wanted to install a new flat screen television above our mantle, but had no idea how to proceed. We called Connections Plus Satellite, and they came to our home to assess the structure of our fireplace wall and to explain our options and related costs. Two days later, they installed our new flatscreen in about 2-3 hours time. They even cleaned up after they were finished! We are extremely satisfied with our new flat screen and with the work Mark with CPS did for us.

Dear potential Connection Plus Sat customer: 

We recently switched our satellite from DISH Network to DIRECTV. We had Connections Plus Sat do the installation. We are extremely please with the outcome and would highly recommend using Connections Plus.

We originally choose to switch from DISH to DIRECTV because, at the time, Fox Sports Network was going to leave DISH. Now, both satellite companies have Fox Sports. I was apprehensive to mess with our satellite set-up because of our past bad experience. When we originally had satellite installed, they wanted to mount our dish on top of our house. I felt this was very unattractive to the curb appeal of our house. After arguing with the company on the placement of the dish, they finally put it on the side of our house. They didn’t even secure the dish to the house. They had to come out several times to fix the novice installer’s mistakes.

I had a totally different experience with Connections Plus. They did a personalized DISH installation. Mark, our installer, took extra time to find our our needs and to accommodate our media set-up. His attention to detail was far superior to the poor quality that we received from the past carrier. In fact, this was tested in the recent severe weather we had in St. Louis. In the past, if it even rained, we would lose our satellite connection. Just recently, we had 70 mph winds and our satellite stayed on. Thanks, Connection Plus.
